ADMISSIONS
Sancta Maria’s admission process is simple and straightforward. To inquire about admission or to request a clinical screening to Sancta Maria, please contact our Admission Coordinator at 617.868.2200 ext. 2121. We admit short and long term residents from a variety of settings:

Our Screening Nurse completes a clinical screen on residents prior to admission to assure we can meet the individual’s care needs. This screening is typically done in the acute care hospital, but it can also take place at an individual’s home. Clinical screenings are routinely conducted at the various hospitals in Cambridge and Boston including Spaulding Cambridge Rehab Center, Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge Hospital, and Massachusetts General Hospital.
Following a clinical acceptance, an individual must also be financially approved for admission. Sancta Maria Nursing Facility accepts the following insurances as well as private payment:

WE’RE HERE TO HELP!
